We are looking for interns to take on a dynamic and engaging role as Assistant Operations Supervisor in our accommodation units. This 360-degree position will provide direct support to the unit supervisor, collaborating in all key operational areas.

Your Role

You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting daily operations to guarantee exceptional experiences for our guests in the different accommodation units.

Hotel - WOT Lagos Montemar

• Customer service & guest satisfaction
• Room cleanliness inspection
• Breakfast support - operational tasks & stock management
• Reception & reservations management (allocations, payments, check-ins, check-outs, reservation verification)
• Administrative support (external tasks, purchases, etc.)

Aparthotel - WOT Algarve

• Customer service & guest satisfaction
• Support for the drinks service in the pool area
• Inspection of cleanliness of rooms & common areas
• Experience assistance - ensuring memorable moments for guests

Country Houses - Pedralva Village

• Room cleanliness inspection
• Support for room cleaning operations
• Reception & reservations management (allocations, payments, check-ins, check-outs, reservation verification)
• Customer service & guest satisfaction
• Event support (full assistance before, during and after events)

What we're looking for

• Students enrolled in Hospitality, Management, Tourism or related areas
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability, with attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
• Passion for hospitality and providing exceptional guest experiences
