These Terms and Conditions (Conditions) set out the basis on which WOTELS (as defined below) will provide accommodation and other products and services at its properties to Customers (as defined below) and Guests (as defined below). By making a Booking (as defined below), the Customer agrees to comply with these Conditions.

(1) Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:

Arrival Date means the date on which the Customer's stay at the properties is to commence, as per the Booking Details.

Reservation means the Customer's reservation of accommodation and any other products and services detailed in the Reservation that is accepted by WOTELS.

Booking Details means the details of the Booking, including the number of Guests, the number of rooms required, the length of the Guests' stay at the Properties, and any other products and/or services to be included in the Booking.

Charges means the charges payable by the Customer in relation to the Booking.

Contract means the contract between the Customer and Generator in relation to the Booking.

Customer means the person making the Booking.

Guests means the Customer and any third parties they invite to the Properties in connection with the Booking.

Properties means the properties owned or operated by WOTELS, the location of which is specified in the Booking.

(3) Fees and payment

(3.1) The Charges shall be those indicated by WOTELS to the Customer upon the Customer's request for a Booking (except where point 2.6 applies).

(3.2) Unless otherwise agreed by WOTELS, the Fees cover only the provision of accommodation at the Properties and the Customer may incur additional costs, including, without limitation, costs for meals, room service (the ‘Additional Costs’).

(3.3) Customers shall be informed of the amount of Additional Costs before incurring them.

(3.4) Supplements per additional person:

- up to 12 years old:

- €30 for WOT Ericeira | WOT Lagos | WOT Costa da Caparica

- €15 remaining properties

6 to 11 years old: 50% discount

0 to 5 years old: free of charge

(3.5) Reservations shall be subject to the Customer: and provide valid debit or credit card details through which the Charges or balance of Charges (as applicable) and any Additional Charges can be charged at check-in at the properties or at the time of booking.

(3.6) If not prepaid in full at the time of booking, the balance of the Fees shall be paid by the Customer immediately upon check-in at the Properties. Any Additional Fees shall be paid as incurred or, at WOTELS' discretion, upon the Customer's check-out from the Properties.

(3.7) The following payment methods are accepted by WOTELS

(3.7.1) Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro

(3.7.2) Cash or credit or debit cards, if the Customer is paying in person at the Properties.
